5 Birds spa is located at 8950 E Germann Road inside of Lavish Studios, at the Northwest corner of Ellsworth and Germann. You can enter the parking lot off of Germann Road that is shared with Elevate Trampoline Park. Please enter the West studio entrance and be seated in the lobby for your treatment. We will meet you there prior to your appointment time.
After booking your spa experience online, you will receive intake paperwork in your email and text confirmations for your appointment. Don't forget to complete these forms prior to your appointment to ensure that we can spend your entire treatment time pampering you.
